Color: golden yellow with greenish reflections and with a persistent perlage.

Aroma: floral bouquet with notes of yellow fruit.

Taste: dry, enveloping with a well-balanced freshness.

Technical notes

The grapes carry out a soft pressing and the must is fermented in steel tanks. The base wine stays on the fine lees until December and then it is submitted to the sparkling process in autoclaves (Charmat method).

It stays on the lees for 3 months
It ages for at least 2 months in bottle
Dosage: 10 g/l

Pairings

It is ideal as an aperitifs, with toasted almonds, croutons with Cantabrian anchovies and dried tomatoes.
