Color: pale yellow with orange reflections.

Aroma: good aroma, hints of white and yellow fruit.

Taste: Rounded and full-bodied wine.

Technical notes

The grapes are picked by hand in 20 kg boxes and are stored in the cold room at 10°C during the night. After the soft pressing, the must stays 48 hours in contact with its noble fees in order to extract the aromatic precursors (relaying). After the static clarification, we carry out the fermentation in steel tanks and the wine stays on the fine lees until the bottling which takes place 6 months after the harvest.

Pairings

It is ideal as an aperitifs. It pairs well with seafood dishes, salads and cold white meats.
