Tasting notes
Color: yellow with typical golden reflections.
Aroma: unmistakable and fresh scent with hints of sage, citrus fruit and small yellow flower.
Taste: sweet, fresh, elegant, balanced with acidity and natural sweetness. It is soft with long mineral finish. This wine has 5 alcohol content and a residual sugar of about 100 g/lt.
Technical notes
The grapes are picked by hand and they carry out a soft pressing. The must obtained is placed in an autoclave for the alcoholic fermentation. Once a slight overpressure of 1.5 atmospheres has been reached, the fermentation is stopped in the cold and bottling is carried out.
Pairings
It is ideal with pandoro, pastry biscuits, ice cream with custard and nuts. We suggest you to also pair it with Gorgonzola, rabbit terrine or liver croutons.
