VINEYARDS:
Alcova is one of the most beautiful suite of the great manor situated in the middle of the estate, decorated in a wonderful cardinal red. That’s why we use the name Alcova for this purple wine!
In Vistarino family this special room, decorated in a cardinal red, is very reputed because here was born the Count Carlo. The Croatina grapes come from the area surrounding the San Carlo farm, facing south at an altitude of around 250 meters. The Vineyard is spread on 12 hectares and the soil is mostly silty (64%), clayey (28%), sandy (7%) and stony (1%).

DIFFERENCE IS…
Alcova is the elegant release of a very traditional wine:
Loyal with “terroir” and “tradition” but full of contemporary elegance!
