FOOD SUGGESTIONS: Perfect welcome drink, pleasant with appetizers, sea-food and shell-fish courses.
COLOUR: straw-yellow with golden hues. Delightful sparkling with fine and persistent “perlage”.
NOSE: wide, powerful for the Riesling Renano, complex and harmonic.
PALATE: harmonic, smooth, complex, dry, fresh of citrus and mineral. Full bodied is amazing for the perfect blend of Riesling, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Special affinity nose-palate.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 ° C.
CELLARING: 6-8 years.
VINEYARDS: Just some years after to have imported the first vine of Pinot Noir in Italy (1850), the Count Carlo Vistarino started the production of the first Italian Metodo Classico Brut. Cépage (in French grape variety) is a new style in Vistarino Traditional Method. In fact once in our story we decided to leave the 100% Pinot Noir and to use the blend style. Riesling Renano, Pinot Nero and Chardonnay are blended in this long time traditional method (at least 30 months in bottle).
Straight as Pinot Nero, elegant as Chardonnay and appealing as Riesling.
Something new even in the traditional method!
