FOOD SUGGESTIONS: Best with salads, starters, sea-food, shell-fish and light snacks.
NOSE: fruity, elegant, fresh, rich and with the typical scents of the grapes varieties.
PALATE: fresh, harmonic and pleasantly fruity. Well balance in acidity and alcohol, mineral and with very clean aftertaste. Perfect marriage between Pinot Grigio and Riesling.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 ° C.
CELLARING: 2-3 years.
Elaisa is one of the single vineyards in Rocca de’ Giorgi very well known for the breathtaking landscape all over the Oltrepo’ Pavese hills. That’s why we have named Elaisa this wine rich in taste of grapes ripened by the sun. Fermentation is made in stainless steel tanks with temperature control equipment. In springtime Elaisa is bottled and ready for tasting.
Riesling and Pinot Grigio: unusual blend for a well balanced ensemble.
