Vigna del Castello is spread on 4 hectares of vineyards just around the ruins of Scuropasso Castle, facing north-west at an altitude of about 350 meters. The soil is mostly calcareous (59%), clayey (34%) and sandy (7%). The average yield doesn’t exceed 85 q. of grape per hectare.
Vigna del Castello is a fizzy traditional blanc de noir with a special touch of modernity.
The result is a pleasant wine for summer season!
